As a photography service provider, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule a photo shoot. Here is our cancellation policy and refund policy:
We offer refunds for most photography services within 30 days of the shoot date.
Please note that some photography services may not be eligible for a refund, such as event photography where the photos have already been delivered. Additionally, any rescheduled shoots may be subject to additional fees. If you have any questions or concerns about our cancellation policy or refund policy, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel your order but you may be able to return the item(s) for a refund (see our refund policy below).
