Photography Services

As a photography service provider, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule a photo shoot. Here is our cancellation policy and refund policy:

Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your photo shoot, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • If you cancel or reschedule your photo shoot with less than 24 hours notice, we may charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the shoot.
  • If you cancel or reschedule your photo shoot on the day of the shoot or fail to show up, we may charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost of the shoot.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds for most photography services within 30 days of the shoot date.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the photos must be of unsatisfactory quality and not meet the agreed-upon specifications.
  • To request a refund, please contact us with your shoot date and reason for the refund request.
  • Once we receive your request, we will review the photos and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your refund is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Please note that some photography services may not be eligible for a refund, such as event photography where the photos have already been delivered.
